1. What kind of jewelry do you sell?
We create meaningful jewelry gifts with printed message cards – soulmate, wife, girlfriend, best friend and self‑love pieces – made to be worn every day and remembered for years.
2. Where are your products made and shipped from?
Our print‑on‑demand partners produce and ship from fulfillment centers in the USA and EU, so orders for US customers are made and shipped locally for faster delivery and better reliability.
3. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced within 1–4 business days, then shipped by tracked mail.

4. Will my order arrive in time for Valentine’s Day?
We publish a Valentine cutoff date in the announcement bar and on product pages. Orders placed on or before that date are expected to arrive by Valentine’s Day, based on carrier timelines; weather and postal delays are outside our control.
5. Do the necklaces come with a gift box?
Yes. Each jewelry piece comes in a gift‑ready box with the printed message card, so you can give it straight away or ship it directly to your recipient.
6. Can I customize the message card?
We offer designs with fixed messages as well as some customizable options. Where customization is available, you’ll see fields on the product page to add names, dates or short notes before adding to cart.
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
Because our products are made to order and often personalized, we can’t accept “change of mind” returns.
We happily replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, misprinted or incorrect – just contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we arrange a free replacement or refund according to our policy.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Right now we focus on shipping to the USA (and selected countries where our fulfillment partners can ship reliably). Availability and shipping rates are shown at checkout.
10. How does the charity donation work?
We donate 60% of our profits to vetted organizations supporting under‑privileged children in India. Periodically, we share impact updates so you can see how your purchase helps.
11. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders go into production quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase. If you need help, contact us immediately with your order number and we’ll do our best.
